When there is foreign body (such as iron) enter the crushing cavity of spring cone crusher, the compression amount of the spring will increase in order to reduce the force to the raw materials in the crushing cavity. Then raw materials in the crushing cavity will fall without restrain.
If the spring cone crusher halts in load condition, before starting the cone crusher again, operators should clean the crushing cavity thoroughly. If operators start the spring cone crusher when there is still rocks in the crushing cavity, there will produce harm both to the crusher and the motor. But how can we clean the crushing cavity thoroughly?
How To Clean The Crushing Cavity
The commonly used cavity cleaning device is hydraulic cleaning device. While cleaning the crushing cavity of spring cone crusher, operators should firstly connect the hydraulic station and the cone crusher. Then start the hydraulic station, when the pressure of the hydraulic station reaches to 56Mpa or 63Mpa, the lifting jack will raise the supporting sleeve. In this case, the pressure on the raw materials from springs will decrease and raw materials fall down. When there is no raw material in the crushing cavity, operators should release the pressure in the hydraulic station in order to release the pressure in the lifting jack, making the supporting sleeve back to the surface of frame.
In the operation process of spring cone crusher, operators should strictly follow the operating rules in order to keep the normal running of machine and to ensure the high efficiency.
